Title: IT Development Support Analyst – Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions

Position Summary:

The opportunity:

Under the general direction of Manager Applications Development or the Project Leader, is responsible for ERP system support and 1st level ERP troubleshooting.

How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:

Provide consultative technical support/services to our customers1st level ERP and ECommerce troubleshootingEscalate and assign tickets to programming team as neededAssist with quality assurance analysis of modified applicationsTrain end-users to make the most of the ERP system and WebsitePerform scripting efforts using languages like SQL, XML, CMD, CSS, Javascript, PowerShell, etcA wide range of technical and interpersonal tasks.

What you need to succeed:

College degree or equivalent work experiencePrevious technical support/customer service experienceExperience with SQL and Excel, Office suiteStrong familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11Experience working in a Project Lifecycle managed environment Experience supporting Sarbanes-Oxley control complianceIptor/IBS ERP experience preferredWMS application support experience preferredEcommerce website support experience preferred
