IT Developer and System Architect

Reimagine What’s Possible 

We’re seeking a senior-level IT Developer & System Architect to lead the modernization of data and information systems across Gardner and Rotoflow. This dual-role position blends strategic system architecture with hands-on software development to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise data and information systems.

Develop and implement governance standards, policies, and procedures for record and information management.

Translate business needs into actionable software solutions and manage full-cycle development.

Administer user access, licenses, roles, and permissions across platforms.

Drive change management, post-deployment support, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Create dashboards and reporting tools using data modeling and visualization techniques.

Support global deployment of new processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud).

Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, and security.

Experience with BI tools like QlikSense, Microsoft Access, and Excel.

Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across teams.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
