Responsibilities\n\nProvide right fit IT solutions for existing and new Business requirements\nShould be able to gather the requirements from customer, by asking the right questions.\nResponsible for mapping the business requirements (functional) to IT solutions.\nGain detailed understanding of the DHL strategic products (WMS/TMS and others). Map the requirements to the right fit solutions.\nComprehend self with sector wise business templates and use it during customer meetings, RFQ response etc.\nIdentifying the IT aspects and IT deliverables from the RFQ, formulating the right queries basis this.\nResponsible for delivering all IT solutions within budget and time lines\nResponsible for all the RFQ’s response with IT solutions \nSupport the standardization process across the organization\nAlign, all IT solutions and submissions to internal and external customers, with regional and global IT strategies.\nDocumenting the IT solutions into Concept if Solutions.\nResponsible for defining the in scope and out scope for IT deliverable.\nDocumenting all communications with customers and various stakeholders clearly and effectively.\nWork on IT priorities that align with regional and global strategies\nRequirements\nUniversity bachelor tech degree like BE/Btech/BCA and work experience preferably in 3PL Logistic sector\nMinimum 3+ years’ experience within IT and Business analysis.\nExcellent Technical Analytical Skills\nAbility to design purpose fit IT solutions which is scalable.\nHigh level of business and commercial acumen with strategic thinking\nBudgeting and cost controlling skills\nShould have strong understanding of Warehousing (WMS) and Transportation (TMS) Business.\nBasic knowledge of IT Infrastructure service management used in Logistics\nProject Management Skills\nStrong communication skills / interpersonal understanding\nAbility to influence and negotiate\nCustomer orientated and fit for customer presentations\nIT Implementation knowledge (SDLC) is a must.\nGood with amounts/numbers/expenses and cost related analysis\nPower BI/graphical presentations\n
