What You Will DoEnsure Smooth IT Operations

Work closely with the support team to guarantee the efficient operation of all IT systems across the hotel, ensuring stability, security, and uninterrupted service.

Coordinate Network, Hardware Software

Oversee and coordinate the hotel’s network infrastructure, hardware, and software across all properties, ensuring systems are properly maintained, updated, and optimized.

Support System Integrations Projects

Assist with the integration, rollout, and deployment of new IT systems. Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth adoption, training, and successful implementation of technological solutions.

Manage Audiovisual (AV) Systems

Maintain and supervise AV systems and equipment across all properties, guaranteeing optimal performance for meetings, conferences, and special events.

Collaborate with External Vendors

Communicate and coordinate with external service providers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of IT services, rapid issue resolution, and high service levels.

Promote a Tech‑Driven Culture

Support and empower colleagues through clear communication, troubleshooting, and user assistance to enhance efficiency and digital literacy across the hotel.
