About the Role
We are seeking an IT professional to support the technology needs of our hotel cluster. This role is responsible for maintaining system integrity, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and delivering timely technical support to all users, both on-site and remotely. You will play a key role in managing infrastructure, supporting daily operations, and implementing IT projects in line with Hyatt brand standards.
Main Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for on-site and remote users across the cluster
Administer and maintain systems, servers, and network devices
Support IT projects and system upgrades
Coordinate with external vendors for installations, maintenance, and issue resolution
Enforce IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity protocols
Conduct staff training on systems and IT security best practices
Manage IT asset inventory, including procurement and disposal tracking
Assist with data backups, recovery procedures, and system monitoring
Prepare reports and support internal and external IT audits
Maintain accurate documentation for infrastructure and incident resolution

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of IT experience, preferably within hospitality
Proficiency in network systems, Microsoft environments, server maintenance, and cybersecurity
Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and back-office platforms
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage tasks across multiple properties

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of IT experience, preferably within hospitality
