Responsibilities: Own the full lifecycle of IT contracts — drafting, negotiation, execution, renewals, and termination. Develop and negotiate agreements for SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, managed services, hardware, and consulting. Manage claims and ensure alignment with internal policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements. Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to shape commercial and contractual terms. Drive commercial optimization through cost control, benchmarking, and value realization. Identify and mitigate risks around data privacy, cybersecurity, IP, and operational delivery. Support IT sourcing initiatives and maintain a best?practice contract repository. Lead renewal strategies, renegotiations, and mitigate auto?renewal risks. Advise IT teams and project managers on contracts and commercial matters. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, IT, or similar. 3–7+ years’ experience in IT contract management, IT procurement, vendor management, or software licensing. Strong understanding of SaaS, subscription, licensing, and cloud commercial models. Proven negotiation experience with major global IT vendors. Solid knowledge of GDPR, data protection, cybersecurity, IP rights, and liability frameworks. Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with IT vendor renewals and expansions. Familiarity with CLM systems and international contracting environments
