IT Contract Coordinator

Job Description
As part of the IT Supplier Management Office, the IT Supplier Contract Coordinator is responsible for managing and drafting IT contracts and overseeing the contract renewal process. This role will take ownership of the administration of the process around documenting business requirements for Statements of Work, onboarding new suppliers into the IT supplier portfolio, and entering and monitoring contracts in the IT request portal. The IT Contract Coordinator will partner with internal stakeholders within IT, Legal, and Procurement to effectively manage the nearly 2,000 IT contracts processed yearly.

What you will do:

Contract Initiation:
• Ensure contractual requirements are well-communicated, clearly understood, and define expectations from the business
• Lead role in managing contract-related activities
• Manage timely contract renewals in collaboration with Contract Owners
• Process Change Orders
• Administer the NDA process as required
• Manage the self-service process as appropriate

Relationship Management:
• Partner with Business Analysts and Supplier Owners to understand system requirements and capture them in RFP/SOW templates for vendor engagement
• Provide guidance to Delivery Leads and Supplier Delivery Managers
• Collaborate with Legal and Procurement within the Supplier Management process

Approved Supplier List:
• Maintain the Approved Supplier List on a day-to-day basis
• Lead role in maintaining the Due Diligence process, including One Trust management
• Support special projects or assignments as required

What you need:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Procurement, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field of study
• Minimum 2 years of contract management experience
• Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications
• Versatility and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Ability to generate, explain, and present detailed schedules, objectives, reports, and other documentation accurately
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure, emphasizing collaboration and influence over command and control
• Strong understanding of enterprise-wide needs and processes, with the ability to work strategically across multiple areas of a global business
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for diverse audiences

Prefered

• International experience and/or exposure to other business functions.
