Design & Build:

Development of scripts for jobs and components. Track development status in JIRA Update technical details in JIRA Unit Test of developed scripts and components Individual and group review of deliverables Participate in Sprint Backlog Grooming Participate in Sprint Planning Create and Execute Design, Build and System Test for User stories to meet the corresponding acceptance criteria Participate in Design and code reviews Implement Code quality best practices and standards Participate in Sprint Review Participate in Sprint Retrospective Participate in Sprint hardening

Testing: 

Preparation of Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Scenarios. Review of Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Scenarios. Execute System Integration test Execute End to End test Execute Performance test Support User Acceptance test Execute Operations Readiness Test Participate in defect triages and Defect Tracking Execute Code Fixes

Implementation

Transition:

Day to Day Support:

Perform log analysis when job failures occur in production systems Resolve issues in case of job failures Do quick code fix or data fix as required to resolve issues Conduct defect root cause analysis Coordinate with teams to resolve permissions issues Escalate issues to appropriate owners Research issues using standard Nordstrom processes and tools Create stories for new issues

Production Support Sustain:

Monitor Production System Respond to Production Alerts On-Call Support Support Production deployments Participate in Production Support Turnover Partner in warranty support Problem Management Repair Resolve Production Incidents/ problems Perform log analysis when job failures occur in production systems. Resolve issues in case of job failures.  Do quick code, data or configuration fix as required to resolve issues. Conduct defect root cause analysis. Enhance Create / Enhance Production Monitors and Dashboards Automation of manual procedures
