Role - Associate Practice Engagement Manager - ServiceNow
Location - LondonPurpose of the RoleEnable service offering (ServiceNow) growth by adding new logos and expanding offering at existing customers by consultative sellingCollaborate with Vertical Sales leads for deal wins and solutionsRun proactive campaigns (internal & external) for ServiceNow offeringsGenerate pipeline and exceed revenue targets for the ServiceNow PracticeManage interactions with Client, ServiceNow Field Sales and other stakeholders during the sales cycle (Prospecting, solution presentation and contract discussions)ResponsibilitiesSales Planning & Review: Provide data points and create a realistic sales planMarket Development: Competitive analysis and Market research to increase the ServiceNow pipeline for InfosysCustomer Prospecting: Provide client introduction and contextOpportunity identification & QualificationProposal Development: Lead proposal & SOW reviews working closely with SMEs, Internal stakeholders and customersLead and own proposal Negotiation & ClosureCampaigns: Lead marketing events (internal & external) to generate new revenue pipelineRelationship Management with existing client stakeholders and drive upsell opportunitiesCompetenciesIn-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, ability to engage diverse groupsSocial Selling & NetworkingExpert in negotiating & closing dealsPerformance MeasuresNumber on New Logos addedTotal Contract Value signedNumber of opportunities anchoredRevenue generated from upsell opportunitiesNumber of campaignsAbout Infosys
