Job description

Role – Manager – Client Services (Public Sector Domain)
Sales Farming
Work Location – Midlands (Leeds/Manchester/Northampton)

Infosys is looking to onboard an experienced Client Partner (CP) who will be responsible for managing customer relationships and overseeing both revenue and costs within specific public sector contracts.

Essential qualifications include public sector knowledge, experience with large programs, relationship management skills, an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, and familiarity with global delivery models.

Responsibilities

Customer Management

Be seen as the business partner for the customers organization

Have financial responsibility for the account

Be accountable for adherence to contractual commitments

Manage customer stakeholder relationships

Working with the sales team to develop new revenue for the portfolio

Lead and functionally run a dedicated core client management team

Must Haves

Knowledge and experience of public sector

Large programme experience

Experience in relationship management

Entrepreneurial approach

Hands on approach

Experience of working in a global delivery model
