Your opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Change and Service Transition Analyst to join our DigiTech team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless IT service delivery by managing change and transition processes aligned with ITIL and organisational best practices.
You’ll lead change governance, facilitate CAB meetings, and coordinate service transitions to support project delivery and operational stability. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic oversight and practical execution.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
IT Change ManagementLead the prioritisation and review of change requests to align with business goals.Facilitate CAB meetings and ensure informed decision-making.Assess risks and impacts, recommending mitigation strategies.Coordinate change activities across IT, business units, and vendors.Drive continuous improvement and embed change management best practices.Promote awareness and training on change processes.Maintain documentation and reporting for compliance and transparency.IT Transition ManagementIntegrate service transition planning into change processes.Develop and execute transition plans to minimise disruption.Align transitions with project goals, timelines, and governance.Collaborate with DigiTech, business units, vendors, and project managers.Track transition activities in JIRA and report to stakeholders.Educate teams on transition practices and evaluate outcomes for improvement.What you'll bring
3–5 years’ experience in IT change management, service transition, or ITSM.Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow and JIRA.Deep understanding of ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Proven ability to manage change and transition lifecycles in complex environments.Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.ITIL 4 Foundation certification (mandatory).Experience in not-for-profit, aged care, or regulated industries is desirable.Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and release management.Why Anglicare?
