ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS
• Writes detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and system design documents
• Conducts thorough business process analysis and identifies areas for improvement
• Develops and maintains process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories
• Facilitates requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and translates business needs into technical requirements
• Performs data analysis using data in different formats and from various platforms
• Validates results by quality assurance testing and the coordination of user-acceptance testing
• Provides Change Management and training support for end users and maintains relevant documentation
• Engages on integration projects with varying degrees of complexity and business criticality, partnering closely with various business units
• Performs risk management to minimize potential risks. Reports risks and issues and escalates to management as needed
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains
• Creates E2E workflow process diagrams, wireframes, mapping documents, functional specifications, ERDs, and logical data models
• Uses JIRA/Confluence to document integration requirements, workflow processes, issues, meeting notes and test cases
• Clearly articulates both problems and proposed solutions
• Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Adjusts to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change based on project timelines
• Manages vendor relationships and facilitates communication between various cross-functional teams
