If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. + Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. + Manage the updating of ADO boards. + Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery. + Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed. + Provide regular project updates to partners and senior management. + Prepare detailed reports and documentation. **Who You Are:** You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done.
