For our European IT group, we are looking for a talented IT Business Systems Analyst – Applications and Processes The successful candidate is a motivated individual preferably with experience in Flow Controls business processes. You like to understand complex systems and their relations, preferably have some hands-on Oracle experience and want to extend your knowledge. You have the will and drive to chase and resolve unclear problems, execute small-size projects and are motivated to learn new skills and build your SQL knowledge. As a member of the European IT Team, you will support and develop the Flow Controls IT environment, participate in projects, ensure that issues are resolved with long-term reliable solutions and that complex enhancements are built to fit our existing environment. You quickly build a good understanding of our environment and IT Processes. You are a team-player and communicate effectively in English. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** • Handle support tickets, monitor our systems and resolve system issues • Monitor and maintain scheduled programs and resolve Interface failures • Fully understand and support Sales Order / Shipping processes and interfaces • Document system relations and changes to interface logic, participate in test events • Participate in and learn to lead Projects related to the business processes • Some travel and work outside of business hours may be required **Who You Are:** You focus on crafting an effective collaborative style.
