Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Process Lead to join our dynamic team. As ECS Global Business Transformation Office, we are the catalyst of the ECS transformation, propelling the ECS team forward at a new speed and instilling a new culture of delivery.
Your role will be pivotal in driving the future success of the ECS team, ensuring scalability and transformation of the process quality, enhancing customer value, and elevating our overall organizational improvement capabilities.
The Role:
As a Process Lead in the ECS Process Excellence Team, you will contribute to ECS strategy to drive process transformation in close collaboration with leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to setup 3-year roadmap, and execution plan to meet the strategic goals. You will be responsible for design and implement comprehensive process performance reporting, set up monitoring mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Expertise in Business Process Management: Minimum of 10 years experience in BPM, strong process modelling and visualization skills. Develop and implement new and improved processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operations. Identify and recommend new technologies and tools to further optimize business processes Advanced Analytical Capabilities: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to integrate data systems into business processes, aligning technology with organizational goals. Proficiency with Process IT Asset Management Tools (Signavio and LeanIX), and process mining. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to drive process improvement and transformation initiatives. Proficiency in SAP Tools: Deep understanding of SAP internal tools and strong business acumen, ensuring smooth integration of services and offerings into existing process transformation plans. Effective Performance Reporting: Utilize data and metrics to track the performance of process improvements and adjust as needed. Strong communication skills to succinctly summarize transformation initiatives and drive process excellence across all business units. Continuous Improvement Mindset: A passion for driving operational excellence and a commitment to ongoing process enhancement and optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field Proven experience in business process management or process improvement Proficiency in utilizing various tools and technologies such as Process modelling via Signavio, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN Advanced knowledge of process management tools and software Project management experience is a plus
