We are seeking an **IT Business Relationship Manager** to join our **Middle East** **IT** Team in **Dubai, UAE** . The IT Business Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding the business needs of the organization and ensuring that IT services align with those needs and are in-line with the company's strategic goals. **What you’ll do:** + Manage strategic alignment between business and IT organization, ensuring IT initiatives are in accordance with organizational goals. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to understand and drive strategic objectives. + Ensure that IT services support the overall business strategy and are in-line with IT strategic directive. + Drive execution of major IT programs in Middle East region, with primary focus on new manufacturing campus at Dubai. + Responsible that deliverables of IT programs are well defined, achieved on time, within scope and budget, and according to required quality standards. + Coordinate alignment with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, HR, manufacturing and other departments, to ensure successful program execution. + Identify and manage IT program risks, and implement mitigation strategies when necessary. + Leads reporting to senior management on IT program statuses and performance, and escalate issues to management as needed. + Demonstrate financial acumen and ownership through CAR preparations, budget management and profit planning. + Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of IT programs in the region. + Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring effective communication and engagement at all stakeholder level. + Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + 5-10 years of experience in IT program management or a similar role. **Skills:** + Fluent in English, Arabic language will be an asset + Proven knowledge in senior stakeholder management. + Demonstrate understanding of IT services and their role in supporting business objectives. + Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, inlcuding Agile, Scrum and Waterfall. + Demonstrate knowledge of financial process on budget management and profit planning. + Demonstrate knowledge of IT infrastructure and software lifecycle management. + Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. + PMP, BRMP or similar certification is a plus. + Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. + Experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams. + Experience to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Experience working in a global organization.
