Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. **Roles & Responsibilities** **Stakeholder engagement & partnership** + Act as the **single entry point** between ICT Supply Chain & Procurement leadership and the IT organization. + Build trusted relationships with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning leaders to understand priorities, pain points, and future needs. + Drive demand shaping, prioritization, and governance in close alignment with functional leadership teams. **Digital strategy & transformation** + Translate Supply Chain & Procurement business strategy into a **multi-year Digital & Technology Roadmap** . + Identify and drive digital transformation opportunities across demand planning, supply planning, inventory, logistics, sourcing, supplier collaboration, and procurement analytics. + Align Business Unit priorities with DD&T / TEIS strategies and enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP S/4, IBP, analytics and AI capabilities). **Digital portfolio & roadmap ownership** + Own and oversee the **portfolio of digital products and services** for Supply Chain & Procurement. + Make prioritization decisions to maximize business value, scalability, and reuse. + Ensure initiatives are aligned with ICT governance, architecture standards, and cybersecurity requirements. **Business capability management** + Partner with business leaders to assess current and future **digital and data capabilities** , including process maturity, tools, and skills. + Support the transition toward a product and platform-oriented operating model. + Contribute to capability maturity assessments and long-term capability planning. **Delivery alignment & service management** + Work closely with TEIS service delivery and CoE leads to: + Communicate new business demand and roadmap priorities. + Align local and global initiatives with service strategies and roadmaps. + Ensure reliable service delivery in line with agreed SLAs and commitments. **Program & initiative leadership** + Lead and/or actively participate in digital and IT initiatives impacting Supply Chain & Procurement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management) to enable end-to-end process integration. + Support change management, adoption, and value realization. **Desired Candidate** + College degree or equivalent industry experience. + 4+ years of experience in an IT Business Partner, Business Relationship Manager, or similar role. + Experience working with Supply Chain and/or Procurement processes (e.g., planning, logistics, inventory, sourcing). + Proven experience in IT project and portfolio management in complex business environments. + Strong track record of building governance models and senior stakeholder partnerships. + Broad working knowledge of key IT domains (ERP, analytics, integration, automation). + Experience applying IT best-practice methodologies (e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile). + Experience working in global, virtual, and matrixed organizations. + Fluency in written and spoken English. + Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into digital, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions. + Strong understanding of emerging technology trends and their application to business value. + Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders. + Structured, value-driven mindset with a clear focus on outcomes and execution. **Competencies** Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork **ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY** TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
