This position offers a base hourly range of $17.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

The internship program will run from May through August 2026.

OVERVIEW

Support the Office of the Chief Information Officer by providing business operational assistance to operate the business of Sheetz IT. Build skills and learn how the operational side of technology focuses on the organizational strategy, open communication, and process support across multiple technology functions impacts how IT and the business operates

RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

• Organize and maintain IT contracts within web-based platforms (I.e> SharePoint) for easy access and reference.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend discovery meetings, take detailed notes, and assist in documenting and organizing process workflows.
• Conduct research on innovation-related topics and summarize findings for leadership review.
• Provide limited backup support for team members during absences to ensure continuity of operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with coursework in an IT or Business related field of study preferred
• Candidates with requirements to fulfill an internship prior to graduation are preferred

Experience
• No experience required
• Exposure to working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word) and web-based document storage platforms (I.E. SharePoint) preferred.
