You'll work with visionaries across multiple industries to improve the hybrid cloud and AI journey for the most innovative and valuable **Your role and responsibilities** AIA (Application impact analysis) - ASC (Asset Sensitivity Card - Migrate the impact analysis (AIA) done for the AM assets in the IC Portal into the new ASC module (Continuity questionnaires) in Service Now - Referential consultation - Use of Global CIB IT Continuity Portal and GRC module - ASC in Service Now - Reporting and KPI calculation BIA (Business impact analysis) - Creation/ update/ follow-up of the business impact analysis - Data input in CORE - Reporting and KPI calculation ESP (Essential Service Providers) - Sending specific BPC questionnaire to all AM ESPs - Analysis and scoring of ESPs business continuity posture through BCP questionnaire - Follow-up / update ESPs files - Reporting and KPIs concerning ESPs DELIVERABLES/ LIVRABLES: - Reports and KPIs on the topics above - Contribute to the Powerpoint presentations for the steercos - Prepare and update the impact analysis - Contribute to procedures creation & update **Required technical and professional expertise** Support Crisis & Continuity team in performing business as usual tasks: Manage Business Continuity: - Supervise BCP in Paris, Brussels, London and Amsterdam, and support Luxembourg. - Monitor the BCP users test for the 4 main locations : make sure the BCP laptop solutions are formally tested and reported within the last 12 months - Improve central BCM team's readiness to respond to serious incidents - Manage relationships (Group, Metiers, transversal, projects, Risk Mgt, IT, etc.) - Improve quality and efficiency of our tools and monitor data quality - Maintain compliance to Group policies and standards by periodic review of procedures, control plans and reporting requirements. - Maintain the BIAs up to date - Maintain the awareness/training level of BCP staff - Plan & execute the crisis **Preferred technical and professional experience** French, fluent level IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
