The person in this role will be responsible for providing technical support, administration, and maintenance for business non-ERP applications in Latin America Region.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and troubleshoot IT applications and SharePoint sites.Ensure smooth operations, security, and user satisfaction.Manage permissions, workflows, and document libraries.Assist users and provide training on best practices.

The non-ERP applications are related to Latin American government compliance processes, like electronic invoice (for Mexico, Brazil and Argentina), Freights processes, Customs Brokers administration.

Additional experience in:

Electronic Data Interchange integration (EDI) with OEMs (Chemours Customers).

SharePoint sites administration and configuration.

in order of ensure the alignment and successful implementation of technical solutions, the above responsibilities involve collaboration with Business Manager Subject Matter Experts, Operational Teams and Third-Party technical departments.

Government Compliance is limited to Latin America — meaning the processes, regulations, and tools involved are region-specific.

The following is required for this role:

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of experience in IT application managementStrong knowledge of enterprise applications (NON-ERP, SharePoint, Microsoft 365).Proven experience in project management and team leadership.Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Capable to learn and apply new technologies rapidlyStrong analytical skills
