The person in this role will be responsible for providing technical support, administration, and maintenance for business non-ERP applications in Latin America Region. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support and troubleshoot IT applications and SharePoint sites. + Ensure smooth operations, security, and user satisfaction. + Manage permissions, workflows, and document libraries. + Assist users and provide training on best practices. The non-ERP applications are related to Latin American government compliance processes, like electronic invoice (for Mexico, Brazil and Argentina), Freights processes, Customs Brokers administration. Additional experience in: Electronic Data Interchange integration (EDI) with OEMs (Chemours Customers).
