IT Business Analyst - VIP (ERP)
Position Responsibilities: Acts as a liaison to business stakeholders and the IT organization, with a strong focus on supporting and enhancing our VIP ERP system. Direct support to end users, administrators, and shared services teams across the enterprise Act as a subject matter expert and key support resource for the VIP ERP system, assisting end users, administrators, and shared services teams. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to inform system enhancements and process improvements. Lead projects through the full development process—from gathering requirements to working with developers, testing solutions, and supporting implementation. Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for IT and vendor teams. Create and execute test plans, ensuring solutions meet business expectations. Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and communication with internal teams and external partners. Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field and 1 to 2 plus years of experience in IT including guiding external vendors on project work and systems design and implementation experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 5 plus years of related experience Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree Experience within the Supply Chain and Distribution industry Experience working with VIP ERP System Experience working with the following technologies; Salesforce, MuleSoft, Blue Yonder Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
