Analyze business requirements related to Life Insurance products for both individual and corporate clients. Provide solutions and recommendations regarding the usage and optimization of insurance applications such as AS400, Group Asia, and Life Asia. Assist in system implementation, maintenance, and enhancement, including integration with Chatbot solutions to improve customer service. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth business processes and successful IT project delivery. Prepare and maintain documentation of system workflows, business processes, and implementation results. Provide support and troubleshooting for issues related to insurance systems and applications.
