Overview

Responsibilities:
Define, estimate and plan detailed approach to analysis work streams
Elicits, analyses, specifies and validates the business needs and requirements of stakeholders, be they customers, end users, internal or external.
Clearly identifies project stakeholders and establish customer classes, as well as their characteristics
Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, uses cases, scenarios and other methods.
Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria and metrics.
Researches, reviews and analyses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes
Assists in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts
Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
Partner with other stakeholders teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial and executive teams
Understand the business domain/ needs and help convert those into effective IT solutions
Collaborate with BAs and other technical and non-technical resources to ensure holistic and complete solutions
Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
Document these requirements into User stories and/or Business Specifications for review & approval by business customers.
Provide on-site support and management of User Acceptance Testing
Provide peer reviews
Ensures that Change Management processes are adhered to
Provides business logic recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives
Support Testing processes (both IT & business testing)
Work with users to establish best practice principles
Play an active role in all phases of the project lifecycle, encompassing planning, functional design, development, testing, user liaison, training, deployment planning and execution, and end-user support.
Practical experience of estimating and detailed planning of analysis work streams & reporting against plan
Experience of designing and working within clearly structured frameworks and approach to analysis
Ability to complete User stories, Business Specifications, Use cases, Functional Specifications, Workflow Diagrams, Gap Analysis, Business Case, and ROI Analysis documents, as required
Expertise in business analysis tools and techniques (Including Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
Data driven evaluator using insight from markets, customers, competitors
Technical knowledge, understands architecture, development and systems
Confident stakeholder management skills
Process and requirements engineer, resolver of ambiguity and conflicts
Clear and concise communicator, understands and adapts to the audience
Influential knowledgeable and decisive
Skilled negotiator, manages complexity
Experience with Web technologies
Desirable
Experience using GenAI (Claude/CoPilot/Gemini) to support requirement definition and validation
Change Management experience is a plus.
Systems and business architecture knowledge is a plus.
Ability to take minimal direction and work independently with high precision/quality of output.
Experience working with teams across multiple countries.
