Conduct gap analyses and propose process improvements. Assist in the development of test plans and participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes. Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
