\nResponsibilities\nUnderstand Supply Chain business, especially Transport operations to provide excellent IT service delivery to business\nParticipate in TMS setup, system testing, user training, UAT support and other deliverables of TMS deployment projects.\nSupport daily TMS related issues & user queries, so that Operation can use TMS properly and effectively\nDrive TMS usage KPI through reporting and process improvement\nSupport system change request, and coordinate with requester to implement per Change Management process\nExplore new system functionalities and new technologies (RPA, PowerBI, etc.) to support Transport Digitalization\nRequirements

Must-have

\n\n5+ work experience in IT industry - either as IT System Supervisor, Tech Consultant or BA/Product Owner\nMS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio and Collaboration tools\nIntermediate knowledge in Network topologies and System designs\nExperience in implementing MS - system configuration & testing, interfaces design, reports development\nLogical thinking with good programming skills in C#, VB.NET, SQL queries\nAbility to manage stress as an agile multi-tasking with high priority\nEnthusiasm and carefulness, to be right at first-time needed\nInnovative Mindset, able to take initiative in process improvement, system enhancement\nFlexibility & Reliability - minimal supervision required\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Logistics or related disciplines\nGood command of English\nStrong communication skills both written and verbal, to be able to cooperate with cross-departments teams\n\n

Nice-to-have

\n\nExperience in the Supply Chain Industry and/or Transport operations\nKnowledge in IT product life cycle, ITIL, Network Administration.\nGlobal Exposure: Experience working in an international corporation or with regional teams.\n\n

Education:

\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Logistics, or related fields.\n
