Job Description

Provide first-level IT support to all departments for hardware, software, and system issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS terminals, IP phones, and other IT equipment.

Assist in monitoring and maintaining network connectivity, servers, Wi-Fi, internet, and email systems.

Support resort systems including PMS, POS, HR, payroll, and other operational applications.

Perform routine system checks, updates, backups, and antivirus monitoring.

Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and confidentiality policies.

Maintain IT inventory, licenses, asset records, and documentation.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.

Assist with team member onboarding and offboarding (system access, email, user accounts).

Support IT projects, upgrades, audits, and tasks assigned by the IT Manager.

Follow all Minor Hotels IT standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years experience in an IT support role, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.

Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, basic networking, Windows OS, and MS Office.

Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS / POS) is an advantage.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Willingness to work flexible hours as per operational requirements.
