IT Asset Technician
Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Asset Support Analyst to support a Local Government clients IT Asset Management team. This candidate will serve as the dedicated point of contact for management of all IT inventory. This includes making sure par levels are met in the warehouse and insuring that items are replaced when stock gets low. They will work with warehouse, pull the warehouse hardware and scan them into the database with all correct details, along with generating labels for equipment. Once this step is completed, they will hand the goods over to the PC refresh team for the hardware to be released. This candidate will be working with ticketing systems by uploading documentation and modifying the descriptions of each ticket. The ticketing systems that will be used is Service Now. Skills and Requirements - 1-2 years of experience working with ticket management systems  - 1-2 years of experience in physical IT inventory  - Ability to work effectively with other IT teams Ability to lift over 50-100 pounds - Experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems  - ITIL certification Bachelors Degree
