Join our dynamic team as an IT Asset Management Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of IT assets for a leading organization in the technology sector. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance asset management processes while working in the beautiful location of Monaco.
Role Overview Maintain and develop tools to record ITAM information (IT Software and Hardware Asset Management). Ensure an accurate inventory of all IT assets is in place, keeping records up-to-date. Optimize, rationalize, and globalize the number of tools and licenses worldwide by analyzing asset data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities. Understand the complete lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement through to disposal. Review suppliers' contracts and agreements. Assist the IT team with the renewal of applications/licenses and their budgets. Share knowledge within the team and across the department to build strong relationships. Collaborate with business stakeholders and prioritize workload effectively. Understand and follow department documentation including policies, working procedures, work instructions, and KPIs. Monitor risks associated with IT assets. Conduct audits to verify asset locations, conditions, and configurations, supporting internal and external audit activities. Skills & Qualifications ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) knowledge. Proficiency in Asset Management processes. Fluency in English for effective communication. Experience with IT Asset Management Tools (optional). Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and SAM (Software Asset Management) are preferred.
