We are currently looking for:

Responsibilities:
• Working knowledge on MECM/SCCM 1611/1706/1806/2107 CB, DXCCAE or SM9,Service Now
• Should have proven knowledge of Incident management and service request handling. Should be able to resolve the issues independently.
• Good technical, communication and presentation skills.
• Patch Management/ ADR
• O365 Patch management
• Windows updates/In-place upgrade
• Knowledge and troubleshooting of PXE and OS issues
• Operating system concepts and upgrades
• knowledge of Packaging Process and Scripting
• Compliance and vulnerability process
• Cloud management Gateway concept and implementation
• Application deployment and monitoring
• MECM Server upgrade, Backup and restore
• Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Intune Modern Management, Microsoft Endpoint Management, MAM & MAM-WE.
• Knowledge of DEP, APNS, VPP and ABM etc.
• Knowledge of managing Android, iPhone and MAC devices in Intune
• Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Co-management environment
• Cloud knowledge especially related to Intune
• Expert in handling Intune MDM console and proactively monitor the device OS breakups, compliance check, passcode policy, ownership, & Last seen breakups.
• Knowledge of Windows Autopilot, update rings, SCEP, PKCS
• Knowledge of application deployment and troubleshooting for MDM as well as for Windows 10 devices
• Basic knowledge on Azure identity and AAD
• Knowledge of Hybrid technology for MDM and Modern management of Windows 10 devices
• Knowledge of Jamf will be an added advantage
We require:
• Overall min. 5 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Intune architecture and engineering experience in planning, deploying, and managing hybrid enterprise environments.
• Experienced in documentation skills, in areas such as architecture and engineering product documents like: Low/High level design, Deployment, User, Testing.
• Hands-on experience in design and implementation of Intune and related technology solutions, including but not limited to, Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Deployment toolkit, Windows 10, Group policy configuration and Application packaging.
• Experience in Modern Windows Device Management - Intune, Autopilot
• Must have knowledge on Co-Management and its configurations
• Experience in Compliance policy, Conditional access policy implementations and Role based Access control
• Knowledge on PowerShell scripting.
Nice to have:
• Experience in Microsoft Defender, Azure and windows servers
• Experience in iOS, Android, and Windows application signing, provisioning
• Good communication skills with ability to represent in global meeting/forums/customers.
• Good understanding of network infrastructure.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Power Platform & PowerBI.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies.
• Excellent problem solving/analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to multi-task, change direction, set priorities, and meet deadline
