This role combines warehouse operations, compliance awareness, and cross-functional coordination to help ensure cost-effective, secure, and compliant technology asset management. Ideal for candidates with warehouse and inventory background who are detail-oriented and eager to contribute to streamlined IT operations.
Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound hardware shipments, inventory updates, and reconciliation of purchase orders and service requestsFacilitate proper disposal and compliance handling of retired assets according to regulatory and internal policiesSupport cross-department coordination to ensure timely hardware deployment and asset visibilityAssist in maintaining policies and operational standards for the hardware lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioningPerform physical duties including moving, lifting, and preparing equipment for use or dispositionQualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 1 year of warehouse or inventory experienceBasic knowledge of inventory or ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, PeopleSoft) and Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills; ability to work with minimal supervisionValid driver’s license required; may be asked to drive a company vehicle or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed if applicable)Ability to lift and move equipment (10–50 lbs) and perform physical warehouse tasks as neededBenefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $18 – $22.50 per hourMedical Benefits: Eligible for dental, vision, and medical insuranceTraining & Growth: Opportunities for career growth and stability Your New Organization:Join a dynamic team within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
