Kforce has a client that is seeking a strategic IT Applications & Integration Manager to lead the optimization and integration of enterprise systems. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities, streamline processes, and support digital transformation initiatives. This is a hybrid position in Pittsburgh, PA. Key Responsibilities: * Lead implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support for SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA systems, coordinating with both internal and external IT teams * Configure systems and develop functional specifications for ABAP changes in SD and LE modules, including RICEF objects and performance tuning * Conduct fit-gap analyses and lead workshops to gather requirements for new SAP MM or SD/LE functionality and process changes * Apply ERP project methodologies such as ASAP and SOLMAN to ensure compliance and adaptability * Design and optimize business processes in SAP MM or SD/LE, with a focus on integration across internal systems and with external partners * Create and review technical and business documentation to ensure alignment with testing and business requirements * Use metrics and trend analysis to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities * Provide exceptional service by proactively resolving issues and prioritizing customer needs
