Responsibilities

Manage the full application lifecycle from planning, deployment, and maintenanceCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical specifications.Establish and enforce development standards around technology stacks, coding practices, and testingOversee development, configuration, integration, and support of web and cloud-based applications.Evaluate and implement tools and frameworks that support modern development practices and DevOps integration.Monitor performance, reliability, security and coordinate efforts to address issues and improvements.Mentor and guide development teams to ensure alignment with architectural principles and business priorities.Create and maintain documentation.Partner with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in application management, software development, or solution architecture.Strong proficiency in SQL, Vue.js, .NET (C#), and Azure cloud services.Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align IT solutions with business strategy.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within IT.Knowledge of enterprise integrations / API management
