Role details:

 

Title / Designation: IT Application Analyst Location: Gurugram ( Hybrid )

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

Provide application support and operational oversight for enterprise platforms including CargoWise ERP, treasury, accounts payable, and transaction-processing systems. Analyze and resolve production incidents, transaction failures, reconciliation breaks, data discrepancies, and interface issues. Support FIS applications, SWIFT services, banking file interfaces (BAI, MT940, CAMT.052), and related business processes. Manage inbound and outbound integrations including APIs, file-based interfaces, middleware, data mapping, and transformation logic. Gather and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for system enhancements and fixes. Coordinate testing, release activities, deployments, cutovers, and post-production stabilization. Collaborate with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure application reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

 

 

 

Candidate requirements:

 

5+ years of experience in Application Support, Systems Analysis, or Production Support. Strong knowledge of APIs, file interfaces, middleware, integrations, and reconciliation processes. Experience with enterprise platforms such as CargoWise, FIS, SWIFT, BravoTran, GetPaid, or similar systems is preferred. Hands-on experience in incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and release support. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, Accounting, or a  relevant discipline.
