This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, which includes the ability to work from home, while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities

The IT Business Management (ITBM) team provides financial and operational visibility into Enterprise Mobility’s technology investments and operations. We deliver models, data frameworks, and insights that help IT leaders understand financials and how resources align to business priorities.

Our vision is to provide a robust planning and management framework that ensures full financial visibility to all aspects of our technology products and associated costs. This future state enables continuous planning, data-driven decision-making, and greater alignment between financial performance, workforce capacity, and technology investments and operations.

 

The ITBM team is excited to announce a new opening for an IT Analyst Lead! Here, you will serve as a key integrator across financial analysis, technology systems, and data modeling. This role combines software analysis, solution design, and financial data expertise to deliver insights that support organizational performance, cost transparency, and strategic technology decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Analysis & Solution Design

Evaluate business requests, assess feasibility, and recommend solution optionsTranslate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and conceptual designsCreate and validate process flows, prototypes, and user experience modelsInvestigate functional application issues and document resolutionsAnalyze proposed enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes; assess impacts and production readiness

Financial & Data Analytics

Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from financial systems, Apptio, and other sourcesDevelop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for IT and financial leadershipIdentify process improvements using quantitative and qualitative data analysisEnsure data integrity and compliance with financial reporting standards

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Partner with IT leaders, IT Business Management, and Workforce Services teamsUnderstand end‑to‑end process flows, data governance requirements, and system interactions across the organizationProvide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts on software and financial analysis practicesRepresent the team in cross‑departmental meetings and clearly communicate complex findings to leadership

Skills and Abilities

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skillsStrong communication skills for presenting technical and financial concepts to non‑technical audiencesAbility to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision

Qualifications

Required:

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust reside in or near the St. Louis, MO metropolitan area with the ability to work from home, while also being able to work in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations4+ years of combined experience in financial systems analysis and financial/data analyticsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (to include Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas, and dashboarding)Experience with financial planning systems (Apptio, PeopleSoft Financials)Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fieldExperience with SQL for data extraction and manipulationExperience using Power Query and Power Pivot for advanced data modelingFamiliarity with multivariate statistical analysis and predictive modelingWorking knowledge of relational databases and data architecture
