システム変更や改善要望への対応(標準手順に基づく)テスト計画の作成、テスト実施、結果の記録と報告ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応や簡易なトラブルシューティングデータ入力・整理、資料作成などの庶務的サポート業務担当アプリケーションの基本的な運用支援チーム内外とのコミュニケーションによる業務調整その他、上長の指示に基づくサポート業務全般■ 応募資格
コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の実務経験2年以上C# .NET、SQL Server、Microsoft Visual Studio の使用経験RPAツール、BIツールの使用経験もしくは基礎知識基本的なITスキルと業務理解力丁寧で正確な作業ができる方Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)の操作スキルチームでの協働やコミュニケーションが得意な方本ポジションの雇用形態は契約社員となり、障がい者雇用枠のポジションとなります。応募の際はご留意ください。
