IT Administrator
Job Title: IT AdministratorJob Description In this role, the ideal candidate will work within the team to assist with administrative tasks essential for maintaining organized paperwork for clinicians. Additionally, they will support basic IT setup, including computers and Wi-Fi. Responsibilities + Organize and file paperwork to maintain order for clinicians. + Set up equipment including power strips for laptops and MiFi chargers, ensuring all are connected and functional. + Address network and connectivity issues, particularly with Wi-Fi and MiFi. + Connect laptops with MiFis and troubleshoot AnyConnect connection issues. + Install printers and provide support for printer-related issues. Essential Skills + Data entry + IT skills + Administrative skills + Experience with connection issues + Customer service + Front desk management + Clerical skills + Healthcare and medical knowledge Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1-3 years of basic IT experience + Ideally, an associate's degree in IT Work Environment The position requires working Monday to Friday in-office from 8 AM to 5/6 PM. After six months, and upon becoming permanent, you may be required to work one shift from 3 PM to 12 AM within the Monday to Friday schedule. Additionally, there is a remote Saturday shift from 6 PM to 12 AM every 4-6 weeks, allowing for a day off on Friday. A monthly in-office Sunday shift from 8 AM to 4 PM is also required. The role is based in a busy healthcare environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Valley, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
