Summary: Seeking an IT Administrator with expertise in EPICOR ERP systems and network infrastructure management.

Requirements:

BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MS Degree preferred. 4-5 years of experience as Systems or Network Administrator. EPICOR ERP systems administration experience including user account management, system upgrades, performance tuning, and issue resolution. Strong proficiency in System and Network Tools (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Office 365). Solid understanding of backup/recovery systems, cybersecurity, and ITIL processes. Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Azure Admin, Cisco CCNA are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with EPICOR Kinetic. Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the configuration and reliable operation of computer systems and servers. Manage EPICOR ERP and network infrastructure ensuring smooth and secure IT services operations.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
