\nWhy does this role exist?The client is adding a full-time assistant IT resource to work directly with a senior technical leader to strengthen core IT operations across DNS/domains, email systems, SaaS administration, and IT project coordination. This role exists to improve reliability, security hygiene, documentation, and timely execution of IT tasks while freeing senior staff to focus on high-impact initiatives. The end goal is to enhance internal efficiency and deliver consistent, high-quality support to both internal stakeholders and client-facing teams.
The Impact you’ll makeIT Operations and Support\nTriage and resolve Level 1–2 technical issues via ticketing/email/chat\nTroubleshoot email delivery, mailboxes, and related client/user issues\nProvision/deprovision users and manage access across SaaS tools and hosting\n\n
DNS, Domains, and Hosting Administration\n\nConfigure and maintain DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)\nManage domain lifecycle (registrations, renewals, transfers, WHOIS, nameservers)\nCoordinate with hosting providers for site migrations, SSL certificates, and uptime\n\n
IT Project Coordination\n\nBuild and track project plans, timelines, and dependencies; manage task follow-ups\nCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors; provide regular status updates\nCreate and maintain documentation, SOPs, and change logs; perform basic QA checks\n\n
Security and Data Hygiene\n\nApply security best practices (MFA, least-privilege access, password policies)\nSupport email authentication and deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment)\nMaintain basic asset inventories and assist with periodic access reviews\n\n
Systems and Tooling (including CRM)\n\nLog daily activities and updates in Arrow CRM; maintain data hygiene\nDocument SaaS tools and integrations; support lightweight automations\nLeverage AI tools, where appropriate, to expedite documentation and triage (nice to have)\n
