岗位职责：

1.设计与开发L3智能运维智能体模块，支持自动监控、故障识别、自愈处理等功能。

2.负责集成各类IT运维数据源（如监控、日志、CMDB、工单系统等），实现数据采集、处理与建模。

3.实现 告警降噪、根因定位、智能分析推荐 等AIOps功能模块。

4.协同产品经理与联想内部IT运维团队，构建适用于多业务场景的 自动化运维能力。

5.优化系统性能、可用性与稳定性，参与IT运营智能体生命周期管理与平台持续交付。

6.研究并应用 LLM、规则引擎、图数据库、异常检测模型 等技术于智能运维场景。

岗位要求：

1.计算机科学或相关领域的本科及以上学历。

2.熟练掌握 Python / Go / Java 中至少一种开发语言，具备良好的编码习惯。

3.熟悉常见 IT运维系统：如Zabbix、Prometheus、ELK、CMDB、工单平台等。

4.至少3-5年的IT监控系统和自动化开发经验。

5.熟练编写Shell脚本，具备自动化任务和流程的能力。

6.掌握主流开源监控软件的架构、配置使用，如prometheus、zabbix，grafana等；具有生产环境核心组件、业务、数据库（如MySQL、Redis）、中间件（Nginx、Kafka、Rabbitm

有 AIOps、运维自动化、根因分析、告警联动等场景开发,懂LLM大模型调试经验优先。
