岗位职责： ​

深度参与混合云平台服务运营，包括：服务目录梳理与维护：推动服务标准化、可交付项定义及流程规范优化门户网站内容更新：协调各方按时完成服务项、SLA等内容的更新与发布CMDB等核心运营系统的管理与持续优化，提升配置数据质量与服务支撑能力   主导或协助推动IT运营与服务管理类重点项目，协调各运维职能团队（如数据中心、网络、IaaS/PaaS、技术平台、安全等）资源，负责项目全生命周期管理，包括计划制定、资源协调、进度跟踪与风险控制通过数据分析洞察运营瓶颈与提升机会，提供高质量的数据支持和分析成果，辅助决策与过程改进撰写项目材料、分析报告及演示PPT，定期向管理层汇报项目与运营状态推动标准流程的落地与持续优化，强化以数据为驱动的运维运营管理能

​岗位要求：

本科及以上学历，计算机、信息系统、数据科学、管理类相关专业优先至少2年IT项目管理或IT运营支持经验熟练掌握项目管理方法，具备项目计划制定、进度控制、资源协调和问题解决的实际经验具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、Power BI、Tableau等工具进行数据统计、建模与可视化逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题识别与解决能力，能通过数据分析为业务优化提供切实可行的建议良好的沟通与跨团队协作能力，能在多部门协作环境中高效推进任务英文读写能力良好，可支持跨国沟通及多语言文档的制作熟练掌握Office办公软件，尤其擅长PPT内容整合与独立汇报能力

加分项：
