• 项目管理标准化
o 制定并维护IT基础设施项目管理框架（敏捷/瀑布混合方法论）
o 开发统一的模板与工具（风险登记册、进度报告等）
• 项目组合管理
o 监控10+并行项目的资源分配与优先级冲突
o 分析项目组合绩效指标（预算偏差率、资源利用率、战略目标对齐度）
• 治理与持续改进
o 执行项目健康度审查（每月/季度审计）
o 主导经验教训（Lessons Learned）复盘会议，推动流程优化
o 维护PMO知识库与最佳实践文档（英文版为主）
• 战略支持
o 为项目团队提供方法论指导与工具培训
o 向高管层交付项目组合分析报告（双语版）
岗位要求
• 学历：计算机科学/IT工程学士学位（硕士优先）
• 经验：
o 5年以上PMO或项目治理经验（IT基础设施领域）
o 有AI驱动的相关PMO经验优先
o 熟悉：
? 项目管理工具（Jira/Clarity/MS Project）
? 数据中心/网络/云平台技术架构
• 语言能力：
o 可独立编写英文治理文档并主持跨国会议
o 雅思7.0+/托福100+或同等商务英语水平
Job Responsibilities
• Process Standardization
o *Develop and maintain IT infrastructure project management frameworks (hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies).
o Create standardized templates and tools (risk registers, status reports, etc.)*
• Portfolio Management
o *Monitor resource allocation and priority conflicts across 10+ concurrent projects.
o Analyze portfolio KPIs (budget variance rate, resource utilization, strategic alignment)*
• Governance & Improvement
o *Conduct project health checks (monthly/quarterly audits).
o Lead lessons learned sessions to drive process improvements.
o Maintain PMO knowledge base and best practice documentation (primarily in English)*
• Strategic Support
o *Provide methodology guidance and tool training to project teams.
o Deliver portfolio analysis reports to executives (bilingual format)*
Job Requriements:
• Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Experience:
o 5+ years in PMO or project governance roles (IT infrastructure domain).
o Preferred experience with AI-powered PMO operations or tools.
o Familiar with:
? PM tools (Jira/Clarity/MS Project)
? Data center/networking/cloud platform architectures
• Language:
o Ability to draft English governance documents and lead multinational meetings.
o IELTS 7.0+/TOEFL 100+ or equivalent business proficiency
