Description
ISP Program Manager
The Idaho State Police (ISP) has a current opening for a Program Manager in Meridian. This position will oversee ISP’s statewide Central Records Division operations and staff and supervise the CAD/RMS system administrator.
PLEASE NOTE: The successful applicant will be required to complete a background investigation and polygraph examination, which includes drug screening. Example of Duties:
· Hires, trains, oversees, and evaluates direct reports, communicating priorities and managing deliverables of staff in all programs, ensuring accountability for outcomes
· Manages performance of team members on an ongoing basis, providing coaching, skill development opportunities and constructive feedback as necessary
· Determines scope and sets direction for statewide Central Records Division
· Oversees CAD/RMS Administration, establishing overall vision and priorities,
· Conducts travel throughout the districts and to out-of-state conferences/meetings
· Develops SOPs for each program overseen, standardizing processes and workflows for the teams
· Communicates expected outcomes with appropriate guidance and resources, ensuring program quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance
· Collaborates with stakeholders within and without the Agency at all levels, developing necessary partnerships to further the vision and mission of the ISP
· Presents information and updates to affected stakeholders, as well as solicits information and feedback, on an ongoing basis
· Provides input on program budgets and applies data analysis to evaluate performance and quality
· Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
· Experience providing technical expertise or managing a major program
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience
· Analyzing data and preparing reports
· Evaluating and disseminating information to various stakeholders
· Reviewing and implementing policies and laws to ensure compliance
· Supervising staff
· Applying project management principles to plan, implement, and administer projects
