They help improve the Sales Support process by handling admin, giving sales teams more time to focus on customers and boost revenue and productivity. You'll also work to make ordering easier and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including face-to-face sales reps, inside sales reps, and technical sales reps, is a key part of the role. **You'll be responsible for:** + Order support management: Contract creation in Dynamics /CRM (Contract lifecycle), CTO entry to SAP CRM, (no configuration creation, just partial support via LETs team), final Proposal design or price information PDF, Tender Support, + Special Bid pricing renewals + Oversee credit lines and engage finance teams, legal based on need + Indicative pricing: Indicative quoting in LBP-I/CRM, LPS + System issue troubleshooting/New tool testing: Collaboration with BT/IT and PMO teams (LBP,CRM,SAE…) + Seller enablement- process education + Deal Registration/Protection for Storage, Nutanix other SAE: prioritization, investment review, issue support + One Lenovo: Connect ISG, IDG, Services. + Follow up on orders,coordinate issue resolution with the GSC Teams + Setup new customer account in all systems( End to end) + Opportunity Management in collaboration of the Sales Representative (Opportunity Owner) + PO process: send quotation, follow up on amendments, load PO‘s **You'll bring:** + 3-4 years of Sales support, sales, or other experience with direct support and engagement with the End customer + English verbal & written, with additional language is an advantage + Project management and skills are an advantage + Proven track in building strong and positive relationships with customers + Problem solver + Pre and post sales processes knowledge and back-round advantage Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2650 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings _We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class._ **Additional Locations** : * Slovakia * Slovakia **AI PROCESSING NOTICE** We use AI-based tools to support some of our processes (e.g. online interviews recordings and transcripts) in order to achieve better efficiency, accuracy and for our documentation purposes.
