Our Operations team is growing and we currently have a **1 year contract** opportunity for an **In-Store Fulfillment Specialist** responsible for upgrading the e-commerce process for our affiliate retailers, sharing operational best practices, establishing and maintaining our customer relationships and contributing to business development. This position will be based out of Victoria, British Columbia.
**Here's where you'll have an impact:**
+ Establish a clear diagnosis of strengths and areas for improvement on all in-store e-commerce processes and make recommendations to improve operations;
+ Establish standards and develop a customer service approach in line with retailer experience to standardize practices throughout the network (certification);
+ Contribute with the other business lines to the development of tools and systems that will optimize in-store operations (delivery, application, assembly sequence, etc.);
+ Collaborate with the other business lines and test the improvements made to the different platforms;
+ Train and develop the resources that have been identified in store;
+ Participate actively in the development of training to support the retailer in store operations and business development;
+ Accompany the retailer in the identification and development of different business opportunities
+ Store visits to review program with in-store online staff. These visits would involve
1. Reviewing training material
2. Documenting feedback of pain points for the store
3. Ensuring best practices are being used
+ Create and maintain training materials for the eCommerce platforms
1. Communicating out workaround processes for any temporary issues
+ Assisting stores with payment related issues
1. Helping troubleshoot outages from stores
2. Issuing refunds for online payments
+ Ensuring online merchandising is correct at a high level
+ Facilitation of in-store testing when required
+ Updates to stores on major updates via front-end calls
**What you'll offer:**
+ A diploma in business administration combined with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail (any other combination deemed equivalent will be considered)
+ You hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle, as you will be required to travel frequently.
