ISC Service Rep (Hybrid or Remote) Date: Jul 25, 2025 Location: Webster or Remote, MA, US Company: MAPFRE **** Active P/L Producers License is required **** **Position is Hybrid, within a commutable distance to Webster, MA (3 days in office / 2 days remote)** **Will consider fully remote candidates with active P/L license** **Hours:** Initial **remote** training hours will be Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET, and will last approx. 7-8 weeks. Once training is completed, hours will shift to Monday thru Friday, with flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. ET, with a hybrid schedule for those within a commutable distance to our Webster Campus. In addition, working one (1) Saturday per quarter will be required, with hours being 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET, remote. **Summary:** The successful ISC representative is enthusiastic, thoughtful and motivated to provide an enhanced level of customer service to our partner agencies, internal and external clients. Our business is consistently growing and changing and we strive to be at the forefront of providing excellent service, maintaining client relationships, retaining existing business and promoting new business. _Higher graded positions available commensurate with experience_ **Skills/abilities:** + Strong typing and computer skills, especially in MS Office, Outlook, and Chrome. + Comfortable adapting to new platforms, procedural changes, and technical issues. + Communicates clearly and concisely, breaking down barriers for customers. + Demonstrates active listening, empathy, and a calm, knowledgeable tone—especially during difficult calls. + Maintains excellent written communication and is organized and detail-oriented. + Willingness to adjust to scheduling changes (e.g., overtime, flex schedules). + Agile in learning new skills and shifting tasks to meet customer needs. + Makes sound business decisions independently. + Troubleshoots and resolves issues using available resources (e.g., billing materials, blogs, wikis). + Applies critical thinking to analyze problems and offer alternative solutions. + Prioritizes effectively under high call volume and works well under pressure. + Takes ownership of tasks and aligns with both individual and departmental goals. + Open to coaching and feedback with a focus on personal and team development. + Supports less experienced team members through peer training. + Encouraged to suggest LEAN process improvements for innovation. + Bilingual in Spanish a plus **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma, insurance knowledge and related experience required + Prior P/L experience required.
