ISC Production Supervisor- 3rd Shift
As a ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of production staff, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the success of the company by ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. 3rd Shift hours - Sunday-Thursday- 10:30pm-6:30pm KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee daily production activities and manage the production team to achieve operational goals. • Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing tasks. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety in the production environment. **YOU MUST HAVE** • 3-5+ years of experience in production supervision or a related field. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production management. • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. **WE VALUE** • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. • Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
