ISC Analytics Lead
**_ISC Analytics Lead for Honeywell International, Inc. (Charlotte, NC)_** **RESPONSIBILITES:** + Serve as Subject matter expert on ISC and procurement processes, including end-to-end value steam analysis as part of the Autonomous Operations developments. + Define critical data elements (CDE) required for understanding and analytics. + Track CDEs to identify root data source. + Define standard models for ingestion of CDE data into enterprise data warehouse. + Work with technical development teams for implementation of data from start in source system to data warehouse. + Identify and analyze supply chain processes, operational measures, cost metrics, key performance indicator (KPIs), and other related areas. + Translate business requirement / problem statement into analytical solutions. + Define visualization requirements, translating business requirements into data analytics requirements for implementation by the data engineering teams. + Partner with our data engineering and technology groups to optimize necessary data flow and needed data transformation. + Drive analytics-adoption through connecting with global stakeholders to identify actionable business opportunities that drive value using our analytical tools. + Work with global partners in driving supply chain transformation. + Express ideas clearly, concisely in understandable form, both orally and in writing. + Utilize data modeling and simulation to drive supply chain efficiencies and enable change management that drive down costs. + Continually assess/propose alternative data-driven analytical proposals / models to deliver value and make recommendation. **YOU MUST HAVE:** + Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, and 3 years of experience with sourcing and procurement processes, and related experience in supply chain operations: planning, inventory management, fulfillment or logistics. + Full term of experience must include: ability to translate business processes to technical data elements; Hands-on experience in SAP / Oracle / ERP / Snowflake; Solid ability to query data from proper sources, for example using SQL; Ability to work across multiple levels of the organization, and interact with business resources, technical development resources, senior leadership. + Ability to travel, expected 10%, may be domestic or international. + Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times per week. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** + Job Site: Charlotte, NC + 40 hours/week + Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500 + If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
