**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
The Finance team is looking for a team member to facilitate day to day operations for ISBN Collections. Through a single connection, the SAP Business Network provides organizations with the capabilities they need to ensure seamless transactions, strengthen existing buyer-supplier relationships, find new business opportunities, and generate bottom-line savings—allowing them to realize true eCommerce success
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE**
Assist in operational aspects of the SAP Business Network including always maintaining strong customer focus.Direct interaction with customers and management of the collection of outstanding receivablesHolistic business perspective used to prioritize tasks strategically, maintaining a results-oriented approach and focus on impactCoordinate consolidated invoicing for strategic suppliers.Collaborate with multi-discipline team (finance, engineering, IT, sales) to improve the management of the collections of outstanding receivables.All other duties as assigned.Monitoring and analyzing Segment overall performanceHandle global projects to enhance collections processes.Managing Business Cases & Reporting with visibility to upper management and CFO office
**WORK EXPERIENC**
Solid experience in Order to Cash (O2C) and Collections processesStrong background in Customer Service, with a focus on issue resolution and Customer ExperienceExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insightsHigh level of proficiency in English, both written and verbalExperience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Exce
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIE**
Detail oriented with strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skillsOutstanding Communication SkillsAbility to multi-task, set priorities and work with minimal directionPro-active work ethic and strong initiativeWork well under the pressures of time and uncertaintyBachelor’s Degree.Being able to implement a holistic view of the business according to the nature of the request
