This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the ABB Business users with supporting services. Each day, you will execute the IS solution/service delivery utilizing the internal IS delivery units, IS Operations team members, and external third-party IS service suppliers in a “core and flex model,” as advised. You will also showcase your expertise by providing consultation, input, and resolution for any incident, change, or project which has/might have a major impact on the relevant IS solutions/services.

The work model for the role is hybrid. #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Common Country IS Infrastructure in Switzerland. The Team is supporting all Business Areas in Switzerland with different commonly used services, based on a globally managed IS/IT environment.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Delivering an IS service/support for the appropriate area to the relevant customer group, ensuring execution of requirements within budgeted costs and time schedule.

Supporting the installation/management/maintenance/optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS service build or IS service delivery.

Managing assigned budget, if any, effectively and delivering activities within agreed schedules and costs.

Assisting in major incident & critical situation resolution and acting as Manager on Duty for Switzerland related issues.

Qualifications for the role:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function in IS service management

Broad and deep know-how in IS infrastructure and IS infrastructure processes

Very good knowledge of Excel, understanding of Power BI

Experience in Service Now or a similar/equivalent tool

ITIL certificate or similar

Team player with high-level flexibility

Fluency in German (written and spoken) and in English (min. B2)
